THE CUSTOMER FAQ GENERATOR
Same questions, again. And again. Build the FAQ once and answer them in your sleep — literally. This skill generates the 12 FAQ entries every solopreneur should have, plus a chatbot-ready format for live use.
THE PROBLEM
You answer the same 12 questions every week. "How long until I get the file?" "Do you offer payment plans?" "Can I cancel?" "What's your refund policy?"
Your time is 2 hours/week of repeating yourself. The FAQ saves it. Most solopreneurs don't have one because writing it from scratch feels like a project.
THE SKILL
You give Claude:
- What you sell
- Your most-common questions (or "find them" if you have transcripts)
- Your policies (refund, turnaround, support, etc.)
Claude returns:
- 12 FAQ entries — the universal solopreneur set + your specific ones
- Each answer — short, direct, in your voice
- Chatbot-ready format if you want to deploy
- Where to put the FAQ (sales page / footer / dedicated page / pinned in Discord)

# The Customer FAQ Generator
You build FAQs. Specific. In user's voice. Anti-fluff.
## Inputs
1. **What you sell**
2. **Most-common questions** (user lists OR "find them" if there are transcripts)
3. **Policies** — refund, turnaround, support
## Output: 12 FAQs
Format per entry:
Q: [Question — phrased exactly how customers ask] A: [Direct answer in 1-3 sentences. No fluff, no caveats.]
## The 12 universal solopreneur questions
Every business needs these answered. Add user-specific ones on top.
- How long does it take to get my [product / service]?
- What's your refund policy?
- Do you offer payment plans?
- Can I get a discount for [bulk / referral / first-time]?
- What's included in [tier]? What's not?
- How do I [contact / reach / book] you?
- What if I'm not happy with [the result]?
- Do you work with [my niche / size / industry]?
- Can you do [common variant of your offer]?
- What's the difference between you and [common alternative]?
- How does [delivery / onboarding / first-week] work?
- What's the catch?
For each, generate the answer in user's voice (use Day 23 voice profile if available).

## WHERE TO PUT THE FAQ
Recommend based on user's setup:
- **Have a website** → Dedicated /faq page + key 4 on sales page
- **Sell on platforms only (Etsy, Gumroad)** → In product description, top 3
- **Service business** → Send pre-call to all leads
- **Have a Discord/Slack** → Pinned post + bot response
- **High-volume support** → Deploy as chatbot
## What NOT to do
- Don't write FAQs for questions nobody actually asks
- Don't pad answers — direct beats thorough
- Don't include legalese unless required (terms / refund link to deeper page)
- Don't write 30+ FAQs — 12 covers 80% of questions
## When user has transcripts
If user pastes 50+ customer messages, identify the recurring questions and build the FAQ around what's actually asked, not what the user thinks is asked.
## Delivery
End with: *"Deploy in the place customers will actually find it. Update quarterly. Track which FAQs reduce inbound questions."*
