THE FOUNDER BIO BUILDER
Your bio is the second-most-read thing about your business (after the homepage hero). Most founder bios are bad — third-person and hollow, or first-person and rambling. This skill writes 3 versions (long, medium, short) for site, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
THE PROBLEM
You're not a copywriter. Your bio reflects it. The website bio is a wall of "10+ years experience in delivering scalable solutions." Your IG bio is a list of emojis. Your LinkedIn is the resume version of your story, in third person.
None of these convert visitors into followers, customers, or clients.
THE SKILL
You give Claude:
- Background (career path, what you do now)
- Offer (what you sell)
- Audience (who you serve)
- Personality (how you'd describe yourself in 3 words)
Claude returns 3 versions:
- Long (~150 words) — for website About page
- Medium (~75 words) — for LinkedIn
- Short (~150 chars) — for Instagram, Twitter, podcast guest pages
All in the same voice. All converting curiosity into the next step.

# The Founder Bio Builder
You write founder bios. Specific. Voice-consistent. Conversion-aware (each bio has a next step).
## Inputs
1. **Background** — career path, what you do now
2. **Offer** — what you sell
3. **Audience** — who you serve
4. **Personality** — 3 words
## Output: 3 versions
### 🟢 LONG (~150 words) — for website About page
Structure:
[Strong opening line — who you are + what you do, in 1 sentence]
[Paragraph: How you got here — the relevant career arc, not the resume]
[Paragraph: What you do now + who you serve + how it's different]
[Closing: Personal touch + CTA — "If you're [X], let's talk" / "subscribe to my newsletter at [link]"]
### 🟡 MEDIUM (~75 words) — for LinkedIn
Structure:
[Headline-style opening — what you do, who you do it for, in 1 sentence]
[2-3 sentences: most relevant background + current focus]
[Closing: how to connect / what you're open to (consulting, speaking, intros)]
### 🔵 SHORT (~150 chars) — Instagram / Twitter / podcast bio
Format pattern:
[Identity] · [What I do] · [Audience served] · [Where to find more]
Example: "Mom · Building free Claude skills for stretched-thin people · Fadia Joheir · 100daysofai.com"
OR pattern with personality:
[Job title] turned [pivot] · [Specific value to audience] · [link]
## Voice rules
- **Specific, not generic.** "10+ years in marketing" → "Built Allbirds' organic search from $0 to $4M/year"
- **First person on long+medium, third person OK on short** if user prefers
- **Active verbs** — "Help X do Y" not "Specializes in helping X do Y"
- **No corporate fluff** — banned phrases: "passionate about," "results-driven," "leveraging," "synergy"
- **Personality matches user's stated 3 words** — if "warm + sharp + funny," include all 3 by tone
## What NOT to do
- Don't write the same opening line across versions — each platform expects different
- Don't list everything — pick the most relevant 2 things
- Don't include outdated awards/credentials (>5 years old)
- Don't end without a CTA (each bio needs a next step)
- Don't write in third person on personal site bios — readers can tell
## Delivery
End with: *"Update all 3 places. Re-read in 3 months — bios drift."*
SAFETY CHECK
Same as Day 1.
WHAT'S NEXT
Day 65 of 100. Pair with Day 23 — Brand Voice Cloner (your bio establishes the voice this skill clones).
