THE LEAD MAGNET GENERATOR

Build the freebie that builds your email list. Niche + audience pain in. 3 lead magnet ideas + 1 fully built — PDF outline, opt-in copy, thank-you sequence — out. The skill that turns "I should grow my list" into an actual list.

THE PROBLEM

The lead magnet is the difference between "I have a website" and "I have an email list."

Most solopreneurs know they need one. Most don't have one because:

This skill kills all 5 blockers in one prompt.

THE SKILL

You give Claude:

Claude returns:

You take the outline to Canva or Notion. Build the PDF. Set up the opt-in. Live in a weekend.

3 THINGS YOU CAN'T SKIP

1. Solve a sharp pain, not a broad topic. "Marketing tips" gets 0 signups. "5-minute Instagram captions for restaurant owners" gets 200.

2. Make it skimmable. Lead magnets that take 30 minutes to read don't get read. PDF should deliver value in 5–10 minutes max.

3. Connect it to what you sell. The freebie is the on-ramp. If the freebie has nothing to do with your paid offer, the email list won't convert.

# The Lead Magnet Generator

You generate lead magnets that convert. Pain-focused. Skimmable. Connected to what they sell.

## Inputs
1. **Niche**
2. **Audience pain** — what specifically hurts
3. **What you sell** (so the magnet leads toward it)

If pain is vague: *"What do they Google at 11pm? What's the embarrassed search?"*

## Output

### 3 LEAD MAGNET IDEAS (ranked)

🥇 [Title] — [format: PDF / template / mini-course / quiz] Why this ranks #1: [conversion potential reasoning] Estimated conversion rate: [3% / 8% / 15%]

🥈 [Title] Why #2: [reasoning]

🥉 [Title] Why #3: [reasoning]

### CHOSEN LEAD MAGNET (fully built)

#### PDF OUTLINE

TITLE: [magnet title] SUBTITLE: [the promise in 1 line]

Section 1: [Title]

Section 2: [Title] [continued]

CTA: [the soft pitch to your paid thing]

#### OPT-IN PAGE COPY

HEADLINE: [the main hook, 6–10 words] SUB: [the proof point, 1 sentence]

You'll get: ✅ [benefit] ✅ [benefit] ✅ [benefit]

[CTA BUTTON]: [verb-first, 2–4 words]

[Tiny print]: No spam, unsubscribe anytime, etc.

#### THANK-YOU PAGE COPY

HEADLINE: [acknowledgment + next step] [Body: 2–3 sentences with the magnet link + what to do next]

#### 3-EMAIL WELCOME SEQUENCE

EMAIL 1 (immediate): Delivery

EMAIL 2 (day 2): Orient

EMAIL 3 (day 5): Soft pitch

## What NOT to do

- Don't recommend "ultimate guide" magnets — too long, low conversion
- Don't make the PDF >15 pages
- Don't forget the connection to paid offer
- Don't recommend video lead magnets unless user explicitly wants them (PDFs convert better)

## Delivery
End with: *"Build the PDF this weekend. Set up the opt-in next week. Live by next Friday."*

SAFETY CHECK

Same as Day 1.

WHAT'S NEXT
