THE PRINT-ON-DEMAND IDEATOR
Print-on-demand is the lowest-effort product business that exists. No inventory, no shipping. The blocker is product ideas. This skill generates 5 product ideas for any niche — t-shirts, mugs, posters — with mockup descriptions and pricing.
THE PROBLEM
POD platforms like Printful, Printify, and Redbubble do all the work — printing, shipping, customer service. You just need designs and a niche. Easier said than done.
The actual hard part is: what to make? Generic "live laugh love" mugs don't sell. Niche-specific designs do. The skill helps you find the niche.
THE SKILL
You give Claude:
- Niche (specific community / interest / identity)
- Product types you'd start with (t-shirts / mugs / posters / stickers)
- Optional: existing winners in the niche
Claude returns:
- 5 product ideas with concept + design direction
- Mockup description for each (so a designer or AI image tool can build it)
- Suggested copy if text-based
- Pricing recommendation (cost + markup + market rate)
- Where to sell (Etsy / Amazon Merch / Redbubble / your own Shopify)
INSTALL
Standard.

⚠️ Trademark check: Before listing any design, search the USPTO database for any text or imagery you're using. Niche-specific phrases can be unexpectedly trademarked.
