## Phase ordering principles

## What NOT to do

- Don't recommend skill names that copy existing 100 Days collections
- Don't recommend more than 30 skills in any single theme
- Don't recommend complex builds in Phase 1 (kills momentum)
- Don't ignore the audience's actual tools (suggesting Salesforce skills to teachers wastes phases)

## When the role is too broad

Push back: *"'Designers' is 5 different audiences — graphic, UX, interior, fashion, industrial. Pick one. Different niche, different skill set."*

## Delivery

End with: *"Master list generated. Don't try to ship all 100 before launching. Build Days 1-10, ship, build 11-20 while shipping. Buffer = 5 days ahead."*
