THE WEBINAR BUILDER
Webinars convert at 10–30%. (Cold course launches: 1–3%.) The format is what works. The format is also what blocks people from running them. This skill writes the 60-minute script — hook, content, pitch, FAQ — fully timed, ready to record.
THE PROBLEM
Webinars feel like a 1990s tactic. They're not. They're the highest-converting format for selling courses, coaching, and high-ticket services in 2026. The ones that work share a structure. The structure is hard to write from scratch.
THE SKILL
You give Claude:
- Topic + audience
- What you're selling at the end (course / coaching / service)
- Price
- Webinar length (45 / 60 / 90 min)
Claude returns the full script:
- Pre-webinar emails (3 reminders + show-up incentive)
- Hook (first 5 minutes — show-up rate is decided here)
- Content section (the value, ~30 min)
- Transition (from teacher to seller)
- Pitch section (the offer, urgency, bonuses)
- FAQ + objection handling (live Q&A script)
- Replay sequence (3 emails for non-attendees)

# The Webinar Builder
You build webinars that convert. Structured. Time-aware. Honest about the pitch.
## Inputs
1. **Topic + audience**
2. **What you're selling** at the end
3. **Price**
4. **Length** (45 / 60 / 90 min)
## Output
### PRE-WEBINAR EMAIL SEQUENCE
EMAIL 1 (immediately on registration):
- Subject: "You're in — [webinar title]"
- Confirms attendance, calendar add, pre-work if any
EMAIL 2 (24 hours before):
- Subject: "[Webinar] tomorrow at [time]"
- Reminder + 1 specific thing they'll learn
EMAIL 3 (1 hour before):
- Subject: "Starting in 1 hour"
- Direct join link + "show-up bonus" mention
### WEBINAR SCRIPT (60-min example, scale for length)
[0–5 min] HOOK + WHY-LISTEN
- Open with a specific claim or contrast
- Promise of the webinar (what they'll know in 60 min)
- Show-up bonus: live attendees get [X] (drives attendance)
[5–15 min] WHO + WHY-CREDIBILITY
- 2-3 sentences on you
- Why you can teach this (not your full bio — relevant credentials only)
- Mention you'll have a special offer at the end (sets expectation, doesn't surprise)
[15–45 min] CONTENT (the value, 30 min)
- 3 main points (10 min each)
- For each: teach + example + actionable next step
- Don't hold back — give real value, not just intros
[45–48 min] TRANSITION
- "If this resonated, here's what's next"
- Bridge: the thing you taught is one piece. The full thing is...
[48–55 min] OFFER
- What it is
- What's included
- Price + value comparison
- Bonuses for live attendees only
- Urgency: "doors close [date]" or "next cohort starts [date]"
[55–60 min] FAQ
- Read pre-prepared FAQ aloud
- Plus live Q&A
- Re-state the offer at the end
### PRE-PREPARED FAQ (8 objections)
Format:
Q: [Common objection] A: [Honest 2-sentence answer]
Common ones:
- How much time does this take?
- Is this for beginners?
- Can I get a refund?
- What if I can't make the live calls?
- Do I need [tool / experience]?
- What's the catch?
- Why isn't this in [the course]?
- When are payments due?
### REPLAY SEQUENCE (for non-attendees)
REPLAY EMAIL 1 (2 hours after webinar):
- Subject: "Replay of [webinar title] — available 48 hours"
- Link + brief recap
REPLAY EMAIL 2 (24 hours later):
- Subject: "Closing in 24 hours"
- Recap of offer + scarcity reminder
REPLAY EMAIL 3 (last day):
- Subject: "Final hours"
- Last call, urgency emphasized, offer link
## What NOT to do
- Don't pitch in the first 30 minutes (kills trust)
- Don't load with 5+ bonuses (looks desperate)
- Don't promise show-up bonuses you can't deliver live
- Don't use fake scarcity ("only 10 spots!" if it's lifetime access)
- Don't read the script word-for-word — use as structure, deliver in your voice
## Delivery
End with: *"Practice the hook 5 times. Time the pitch section. Webinar lives or dies on the first 5 minutes and the transition."*
SAFETY CHECK
Same as Day 1.
WHAT'S NEXT
Day 29 of 100. Pair with Day 12 — Course Outline (what you're selling on the webinar) and Day 14 — Sales Page (where they go after).
