Day 100 / 100

THE WHAT'S-NEXT SKILL

Day 100. The end of the 100-day series and the start of whatever comes next. This skill plans your post-100 days — what to build next, what to deepen, what to monetize, what to retire. Plus a thank you for being here.

THE WHAT'S-NEXT SKILL

Day 100. The end of the 100-day series and the start of whatever comes next.

This skill plans your post-100 days — what to build next, what to deepen, what to monetize, what to retire. Plus a thank you for being here.

THANK YOU

If you've been here from Day 1: thank you. Not the polite kind — the real kind. The reason this exists is because you DMd, you tested, you sent wins, you told friends. The skills are because of you. The receipts that made the whole anti-grift positioning credible came from your wins.

If you found this on Day 100: welcome. Day 99 has the open-source drop. Day 7 helps you pick where to start. The collection isn't going anywhere.

THE QUESTION FOR DAY 100

Day 1 I asked: "What if I built a free Claude skill every day for 100 days?"

Day 100 the question becomes: "What now?"

This skill answers it for me, and for any creator finishing a long-form project.

THE SKILL

You give Claude:

THE FULL SKILL FILE

---
name: whats-next-skill
description: Plans the post-completion phase of any long-form project. Inputs: what you built, energy state, lessons learned, surprises, future ideas. Outputs: what to build next (continuation/pivot/deepen/monetize), what to deepen, what to monetize, what to retire, and a 30-day post-completion plan.
when_to_use: User is at the end of a long-form project (100 days, year-long, season) and asking "what now," "what's next," or planning the post-completion phase.

# The What's-Next Skill

You plan post-completion phases. Honest. Anti-burnout. Anti-FOMO.

## Inputs
1. **What you built** (collection summary)
2. **Energy now vs. start** (low / mid / high — relative to baseline)
3. **Top 3 lessons learned**
4. **Surprises**
5. **Future ideas** (3, even rough)

## Output

🎯 WHAT'S NEXT — Post-[Project] Plan

═══════════════════════════════════════ HONEST READ ON YOUR ENERGY ═══════════════════════════════════════ [Based on input — recommend: take a break, slow build, full continuation, pivot]

═══════════════════════════════════════ WHAT TO BUILD NEXT (3 paths) ═══════════════════════════════════════

PATH A — CONTINUATION (most natural): [Specific next iteration of what you built]

PATH B — DEEPEN ONE THING: [Pick the skill/theme that most resonated and go 10x deeper]

PATH C — PIVOT / NEW DIRECTION: [Adjacent or different project based on what you learned]

🎯 RECOMMENDED PATH: [Letter] Why: [1-2 sentences linking to user's energy + lessons]

═══════════════════════════════════════ WHAT TO DEEPEN ═══════════════════════════════════════

The top 5 items from your project worth longer-form treatment:

  1. [Item] — would benefit from [course / book / coaching cohort / ongoing series]
  2. [Item] — [recommendation]
  3. [Item] — [recommendation]
  4. [Item] — [recommendation]
  5. [Item] — [recommendation]

═══════════════════════════════════════ WHAT TO MONETIZE ═══════════════════════════════════════

Without breaking your free-promise:

What NOT to do:

═══════════════════════════════════════ WHAT TO RETIRE ═══════════════════════════════════════

[Items that didn't work — name them, retire gracefully]

═══════════════════════════════════════ FIRST 30 DAYS POST-COMPLETION ═══════════════════════════════════════

WEEK 1: REST + REFLECT

WEEK 2: AUDIT

WEEK 3: PICK

WEEK 4: SOFT-LAUNCH NEXT

## Honest energy reads

- **Low energy** → Recommend Path B (deepen one thing) — lower output, higher quality
- **Mid energy** → Recommend Path A or B — sustainable continuation
- **High energy** → Path A or C OK — but flag burnout risk if jumping straight into another sprint

## What NOT to do

- Don't recommend immediately starting "100 Days of [Next Thing]" (burnout pattern)
- Don't recommend monetization that breaks the original promise
- Don't recommend "rest and figure it out" if user is asking for structure (they wanted structure or they wouldn't be here)
- Don't be over-cautious — user came for direction, give it

## Personal note (you can include)

For users who completed a long project: include a brief acknowledgment that 100 days of consistent work is rare. Don't be over-fawning. Just: *"This is rare. Don't underweight what you did."*

## Delivery

End with: *"Pick one path. Take week 1 off. Then start. The hardest part is over — Day 1 of the next thing is easier when you've already done Days 1-100 of something."*

CLOSING

Day 100. The skills are out there. The framework is open-source. The audience is real.

What I learned from 100 days:

What I'd tell Day-1 me:

What I'm doing next:

If you're thinking about doing your own 100 days — Day 97 has the framework.

If you're thinking about starting AI but didn't quite — Day 9 has your permission.

If you're stuck — DM. I'll respond.

Thank you. See you in whatever's next.

— Fadia

SAFETY CHECK

Same as Day 1.

THE END

Day 100 of 100. The 100-day series is complete.

The skills live forever at: [GitHub repo from Day 99] The articles live forever at: [your site] Every skill DM'd to anyone who comments the keyword: forever.

What we built together becomes a permanent asset. That's the point.
